The organisers of the VMBS St James Football Association's Under-12 football league will be hopi... Heavy rains wreak havoc in
The organisers of the VMBS St James Football Association's Under-12 football league will be hoping the rains stay away today as they make another attempt to play the semi-finals at the UDC Field, starting at 10:00 am.
The semi-finals were scheduled for yesterday, with Catherine Hall Primary taking on newcomers Cambridge Primary in the first game, and Flankers Primary and Junior High up against Corinaldi Avenue Primary in the second game.
The JPSCo/ St James Netball Association's Intermediate League was also affected as a double header set for the Montego Bay Boys and Girls Club on Sunday had to be called off and will be rescheduled for a later date.
The wet conditions also forced the postponement of the final six regular season games in the Lucozade Sport Western Basketball Association's Men's Division One league, set to be played at the Cricket Club.
