proving to all and sundry that he had it all-looks and brains alike. Gumba decided to get up close and personal with the Third year B.Comm student.

WAWA (W): I was born on 20 August 1985, the first and only boy in a family of five. I'm currently doing my third year in B.Comm and confident that I will make it as I'll be writing my exams soon.

W: My good friend Sikhumbuzo Jordy Shiba approached me and gave me all the confidence. So, though the competition was stiff I was hopeful I would walk away with title and was ecstatic when I did just that.

W: I play Tennis, Basketball, Soccer and most importantly I work out to keep fit and healthy. Of all the sports I have mentioned, I play and enjoy basketball the most. I concentrate more on it than the others.

W: I prefer jeans and sneakers and have a collection of such (Adidas, Nikes and other designer labels). I love looking good and make sure to dress the part all the time.

W: She must have a good sense of humour, be beautiful as in tall, obviously slim, I like them tiny you know and not light in complexion but not very dark either. Respect is another important aspect, someone who will understand me and who I can relate to.

W: Having to learn to live without the woman who meant the world to me, my mom. The passing on of my mother in SA early last year was the saddest thing I'd ever experienced. I miss her so much, she was the sweetest woman ever, always there for me when I needed her the most and willing to give me advice and listen.

W: My weakness for clothes. When I spot a nice item in the shops I always make sure to get it at all costs. Sometimes it's like I can't help it. I find myself spending money carelessly without thinking.

W: I would have completed my degree and working towards my career by then. I want to make an input in the business sector and believe I can make a huge difference with my expertise and skills.

G: With your good looks and all, you must have a lot of female admirers, do you often get phone calls from females you don't know who flirt with you? How do you feel when they approach you and how do you handle the situation?

W: Even before my titles I used to receive calls from girls I didn't know and it has gotten worse now but I am able to handle the situation. I try being civil and be nice to them, maybe even become friends but I know the boundaries. If they are persistent I become frank with them. I don't make it a secret when I don't have that kind of interest.

I also feel uncomfortable when a girl makes a move or tells me that she has interest in me. I'm not primitive or anything but believe I should be the one to approach a lady. I prefer the old way of doing things.

W: Woman and child abuse, violence against such vulnerable people. I think men should be responsible and stop being abusers and women too as they also can be the worst abusers. They should not ill- treat children to the extent of injuring them.

W: My dad and late mom. He gives me all the advice I need and he's a good man too. My mom was the sweetest, most caring and loving person in the whole world.
