The University of North Texas presents its seventh annual Women of Color conference, with Lisa Ling. Ms. Ling, host of National Geographic Channel's Explorer and former co-host of The View, will discuss the topic "Women's Global Health Issues" at 9 a.m. today. At 3 p.m., her topic will be "Abandonment of Chinese Baby Girls and Their Eventual Adoption by American Parents." Other speakers are planned as well.
